Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 11am, with flexible timing on request.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation window. Cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival are fully refundable. If you need to cancel within 21 days of your stay, 50% is refunded, with the remaining 50% retained to cover the lost booking opportunity. Please note that in the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued. Refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account the original payment was sent from.
Other Rules
We are so excited to host you and want your stay at Abitare Retreat to be as relaxing as possible! To ensure a serene and safe environment for all our guests and neighbours, we have a few firm house rules. Our property is strictly smoke-free indoors, though you are always welcome to use the designated outdoor areas. To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we do not allow parties, events, illegal activities, or unregistered extra guests. We also ask that you kindly respect our quiet hours between 11pm and 7am by keeping noise to a minimum. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our retreat a beautiful, tranquil space!
